This lovingly-furnished holiday home offers plenty of space for a restorative holiday. It stands in a quiet residential area at the edge of the fields just outside Erdeven. It is not far from here to the long, sandy beaches and many leisure activities.

Ground floor: Living-/dining room with parorama doors to patio and garden, TV, W-Lan. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. Washing machine. Sep. WC.

1st. Floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 with 1 French bed (160cm), 2 with 1 French bed. Bathroom with tub and shower. Sep. WC. Children's equipment on request.

Large, sunny patio with furniture and barbecue. Wonderfully set-out, sheltered garden. Enclosed plot: 640 m². A small dog is allowed.

Electric heating.

Note: The house is lived in by the owner out of season.
